Google Calendar推出已经有一段时间了，最近考虑协同工作的共享需求，看了一下Google Calendar的各类功能。
如果你是在局域网内办公，可以方便的通过Outlook或公司内部的OA系统实现该功能。如果基于广域网络办公，并牵涉到不停修改的计划。Google Calendar也许是个好的选择。
Google Calendar支持开放你的某个Calendar给所有互联网用户(比如用于公布你们的整个开发进度)，和你的朋友共享某个Calendar，此处的共享包含了给予你的朋友管理Calendar的权限(比如用于内部项目进度安排及修正)，同时也支持将某个Calendar导出到你的Outlook等支持ICAL规范的Calendar工具。
设置也是相当简单，选择某个Calendar(Google支持多个日历)后，点击Calendar Settings，选择Share This Calendar窗口，在Share with specific people位置，输入你朋友的Google帐号，并给予相应的权限即可。如果要开放给所有互联网用户，也可在该页面选中Share all information on this calendar with everyone，在系统提示你Are You Sure时，点击Yes。
