之前,本站报道过的退款问题:DELL SC430退款报道

今天,realabyss朋友说收到了退款,共花费8个工作日,12天时间.而同天提交退款要求和文件的他的同事却还没有收到退款.

不管如何,DELL处理退款的速度和方式,继续鄙视.(难道当用户的钱是免费贷款么？)
