呵呵，搞出的许多笑话和悲哀，还有房产是我国改革的一个失败之处。这也体现我国是个发展中国家！

房产改革我倒没有觉得失败，
因为当初房产改革的目的并不是为了所有人能买得起房子。
而是为了刺激当时的消费，防止整体经济继续下降，唉，都是93-94年的后遗症阿。
